I like the boat - it got my family out on the water. It is very durable, easy to carry, easy to assemble and get into the water. It is very stable. It is slow on flat water. It takes lots of paddle to get across the lake.

So far I love this Boat, haven’t used it as much as I would like to. I have been out on Lake Superior and Lake Michigan with it, handles really well. As for blowing it up I did get the electric pump and it is so easy, deflating and packing up is simple and the weight makes it easy to carry. I would highly recommend this product.

We use our 420x for mostly flat water kayaking. We wanted a bigger boat that could easily carry 2 adults, 2 dogs and gear. The 420x Explorer is a well made, tough and very stable kayak. Looking forward to many years of trouble free adventures.
