I could not be happier. Very well built and durable. I have taken the STS10 out on lakes and rivers 25 times so far this show more... season, mostly solo, with no problems. I am a 68 year old man and have no issues with getting it to the water, pumping it up, dishing, deflating and packing it up to get it home. Great purchase.

My 385 kayak was delivered in early July. The packaging was extremely robust and everything was in order. Since then I’ve been out over a show more... dozen times and I am enjoying the kayak immensely, almost entirely on local, calm-water rivers. I have a VW GTI hatchback, and the boat fits easily into the back with room to spare. I chose the 385 over the Razor for its stability (I’ll be alone 99 % of the time), and I’m very happy with the decision. Setup with an electric pump (highly recommended) takes less than ten minutes, the kayak tracks very well, and there’s lots of room for stuff. It’s VERY ruggedly built, with the bottom showing no signs of wear for the occasional scraping of fallen trees in shallow water. Deflation (again, the electric pump!) and fold up become routine after a few times, and it’s easy to wrap up in the bag. One item of note - The low position of the seat directly on the floor was causing my hands to at times come in contact with the sides, so I’ve raised the seat up 3”. Perfect.

Boats awesome. Only thing I miss from the older version is the foot bellow and the gray bag. The foot bellow made it easier to show more... manually inflate and the other laser gray bag was way easier to put it away. The new black duffle bag just isn’t designed well. The drawstring at the top of the bag is especially annoying. Other than that, the carbon paddles are nice, the seats are great and the boat is the same boat they’ve been making for years. It’s proven to take a beating.

1 Year down, so far so good. No leaks, no issues, loads of fun to take out - hopefully many more years to go. Best show more... description: it's a giant paddleboard with raised sides and a motor mount. My Tohatsu 6HP pushes it fast enough for me. This replaces my 10.6 Sport Runabout, and I like the Skiff much better. I wouldn't take it into rough waters on the pacific coast like I could with the runabout, but other than that - it is very versatile and lots of good deck space. The SR10.6 lasted 14 years with lots of use before it's seam glue finally gave way, and I expect nothing less from the Fish Skiff 16. Lookin' at you, Sea Eagle. ;) (I've got the V2 version, so hopefully the seam issue was taken care of long before I bought one)

We have had tons of fun and plan to upgrade to the newer model that has an inflatable keel. We're harbor cruisers and all-electric with show more... the Watersnake 70. No trailer, we store in the back of our car and use the xwide cart to get down the ramp. We use the 3 seats, canopy and two LiFp04 batteries in parallel. Can getv4 hours run time. First off I want to commend Sea Eagle's customer support, I bought a used FastCat12 in 2023 listed on the site, and on the first show more... trip I discovered a small leak. I called customer service, and after a few quick pics and a video upload, they concluded it was a defect and sent me brand new boat! Needless to say I was very pleased, and appreciate how well they stand behind their products. Being a city guy, having room to store a boat is hard to come by. This boat fully set up on a small modified kayak trailer can easily fit in my one-car sized storage unit and is always ready to go. If you're the DIY type, customization on this boat can be pretty extensive, I added additional gear mounts, built a bow mount to install an Autoboat GPS trolling motor, and have it all powered by a mercury 6HP which easily cruises 13-15mph. That's fast enough to cover the major inlets and back bays in South NJ. I thought this boat was going to be good when I got it, and I quickly realized it was even better than what I was expecting!

For the most part I am pleased with my Fastcat12 boat. I am 75 years old and I have had no problems launching it by show more... myself. I do wish I had done just a little more research before purchasing though because I found the benches to be uncomfortably low and I’m only 5’ 8” tall and I discovered Sea Eagle doesn’t offer an option to raise the height on the Fastcat12. Also, I purchased the Watersnake trolling motor. Mainly because the Honda outboard motor wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be available for several months. The watersnake has to be mounted on the transom, just like the outboard motor so once I purchased an outboard motor the trolling motor is useless to me. I bought the wheels to help launch the boat, but have found them unnecessary. The boat is stable and fun on the water. I do a lot of trolling using my Yamaha outboard motor. As far as I know, no one else in New Mexico owns a Fastcat12 and I have received numerous positive comments. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

The EZLite10 is a perfect little kayak. Despite being short, it tracks surprisingly well. I am more accustomed to 17 foot Greenland type kayaks and show more... did not have high expectations in terms of speed or tracking. In both regards I was pleased plus the boat is fun to paddle. I don't particularly care for the high-back seat and would prefer a lower back-band option... one that sits below my PFD. Of course, you can adjust the seat to accommodate the PFD. The boat is extremely well made and also attractive. The biggest surprise for me was the fact that I can still use my Greenland paddle quite effectively.

I decided to invest in the new inflatable drop stitch floor for my STS10. My objective was to reduce weight and to simplify setup. The show more... weight reduce was a little disappointing. Net savings was 13# but I did keep the slide in brackets for the seats (can save an additional 3# if you opt not to use these). As far as installing the new floor, a lot simpler than the original wood floors. Should reduce installation time by at least 5 minutes and save some back strain. An additional note when attaching the seat to the frame, the holes were slightly smaller where they had to be drilled out for the provided bolts to be used. I’ve had my STS10 for 4 years now without any deterioration. I also have two 285fpb’s. I love them all. Sea Eagle has been great. So overall, I give the weight reduction a 8 score and the ease of installation a 10. I highly recommend this to anyone with a STS10.

We're new to the world of inflatable watercraft... So, there was some trial and error finding the right boat for our needs. We started with show more... the Travel Canoe (TC16), which was not suitable for our use case, far too unstable for recreation/novices. Our next selection was the Explorer 420X (tandem kayak), which was Extremely Stable, but slightly challenging to paddle (wider/flatter hull shape with greater resistance). Finally, we found the 465FT FastTrack V-Bottom... and in the Goldilocks tradition, is absolutely perfect! It's an amazing balance of primary stability, performance, and tracking. The build quality is exceptional and very lightweight for its size. We're thrilled! What might be more amazing is Sea Eagle's customer service/support!!! Everyone we spoke with was above and beyond helpful. Total professionals who do what they say, follow-up, and stand behind their products!

This boat is fun and fast - I've used it in lake, river and ocean over the last 7 years. It's my 3rd SeaEagle, first show more... was a 380x, which I still use. I had to do two repairs on the 380 (one a big rat chew, the other a poke hole). The razorlite, however, has required multiple major repairs from seam splits at the tip of the gunnel under the cone. These happened after three years. The first was because I left it in the sun while inflated for an hour, the other failures were another seam split a stuck- open valve. These got me a couple more seasons. What I've learned: Pro: fast, fun, easy portability, relatively inexpensive. Con: floods to easily in class II rapids and while re-boarding. Do not expect to stay dry except on calm flat water (without a dog in it!). Never never inflate to suggested max - you'll pop a seam. Never let the boat sit in the sun - the glue softens and fails - I suggest deflating the boat if you're in any kind of hot weather. I had to add extra tie-down rings for gear.

It is completely okay to inflate your boats to the pressure listed on the valve and one thing I always recommend to our customers is our 303 aerospace protectant to help protect the material of the kayak.

I purchased my FishSkiff 16' back in July 2022. It was shipped directly to my home in Northern CA. It has been nothing but fun show more... using it each summer, and has held up extremely well. We frequently get asked about it while out on the local lakes, and paired with an electric trolling motor has been great for watching birds and other aquatic life w/out upsetting them. It's just the right size for 2 full adults and a full day's gear. I will say the factory seats are about the weakest part of the package, and we've swapped them out for aluminum picnic chairs bought from Costco. After more than an hour or so the factory chairs are quite uncomfortable. I recommend anyone considering the boat to buy. It's easy to store, use and put away after a day. Very happy with the purchase and would do so again!

We bought two EZLite10 kayaks for our villa in Turks & Caicos. We were looking for kayaks that could be enjoyed by the entire family; show more... these were great choices. They are the perfect size (other brands I considered were too long), lightweight, and high quality with full drop-stitch construction and welded seams. You can go as light or as hard as you like on the water. It is also easy to switch out the longer skeg for a shorter one since the salt water cove at our villa is shallow in some spots. They were also easy to transport from the US as checked luggage. We also have two paddle boards, and the EZLite10s are a great complement.

So far this boat works as expected, can be inflated in about 15 minutes, assembled in about half an hour depending on the number of show more... additional components. I wish it had more attachment points on the front side. Right now I am planning to glue on two more. Paddling in this kayak is doable, but the most pleasurable is having motor attached to it especially when going fishing. This kayak is a very good platform for fishing, especially with the front support frame mounted on. I have an electric Newport NT 300, which can propel this kayak up to 6-7 mph max. Overall I am very happy with it.

Very Versatile, very stable and light enough to carry. The fact you can mount a trolling motor to it, paddle like an SUP or paddle show more... like a kayak is so convenient. Well worth the investment. I purchased a tailgate extender and inflate it before I go. You won't be disappointed.

I love my Sea Eagle Paddleski 437ps! I purchased it to enable me to go out and fish when I'm traveling in my Class C show more... RV. it's perfect. I've used it in lakes, rivers, and Inshore Saltwater applications with a 5hp motor and I can honestly say it's a very capable platform. Its stable enough that I was able to stand on my Engle 25 while using a remote to operate my riptide terrova and sight fish on the flats in Florida. I've used it on windy days in rough seas. It's very safe. Once, a rogue wave came over the side and filled it to the top with water, it never felt unsafe, moments later, the water had drained out and the Paddleski kept right on with the task of brining me back to the marina safely. If I had to find a downside, it would have to be the fact that under rough water conditions... you are going to be wet, just plan on it. That being said, you can bet your life on it's ability to get you back home. Getting wet to me is a reasonable trade off for all this wonderful inflatable craft has going for it.

Love this EZLite 10’. Easy to set up, easy to move, fun to paddle and easy to store. The quality of this kayak is really show more... amazing, everything works as advertised, and it is as simple as that. I just need to use it more!!!!

Excellent kayak overall. Very stable, tracks well when sled is installed. Comfortably fits 2 adults. The only negative which is really not a negative but show more... something you should know is that this model is really big so you really need two people to launch and operate it.

This kayak is so fun and easy. I left it in my car all summer and fall, then after work I was able to zip show more... away to the nearest lake (30 minute drive), inflate my Seaeagle, and enjoy a peaceful evening. Also, it never tipped over or felt as if it would, and the rudder made directing precise. My little dog even came along.

The function, form and feel that Sea Eagle has managed to pack into this light and durable frame is nothing short of stunning. Fully and show more... smartly packed up, it practically fits into a standard backpack. Fully inflated it's so light and easily wielded you can grab it by the center deck strap and fling it over your shoulder without a care... walking it any distance necessary with ease to your launching site. Inflation time and burden as it compares to similar platforms is an afterthought. It cuts across the surface of the water like a hot knife through warm butter, despite the fact that the design is a compromise between stability and speed, they've somehow made it feel like it's as fast as a hull designed specifically for speed, even though you don't feel like you're going to tip over if you're not paying attention. I wouldn't take it out on whitewater, but if you're just cruising your way across a casual day float, it's hard to imagine a more practically and purposefully designed option.

I absolutely love my Sea Eagle 385fta. I purchased the fishing package with the swivel seat & 24 lb. thrust Watersnake electric motor. The kayak show more... hull is very strong and the build quality of the kayak is great. It's very stable and has lots of room for fishing with various gear. I travel to remote fishing locations with a truck camper so it's wonderful that I can fold this up to a relatively compact size and transport it inside my camper. My only negative is that the 24 lb. thrust electric motor is too small for choppy water. I subsequently upgraded to a Minn Kota 34 lb. thrust motor and couldn't be happier with the whole setup. If you need a portable fishing kayak I highly recommend the Sea Eagle 385fta.

Comfortable for 2 people ( I’m 6’6”) paddles well . Seems durable. Love being able to open or close the bailers

The Sea Eagle 285FPB is just exactly what I needed for camping at various sites with lakes or ponds. It is easy to assemble and show more... tear down when done using it. I added a front mounted transom to allow use of an AutoBoat trolling motor. It allows GPS navigation and spot anchoring to fish. I love this set up and wouldn't trade it for anything!
