Sea Eagle 380x Inflatable Kayaks and Canoe Reviews

Love the 380x. Very stable and fun craft and have been on the lake almost everyday since I received it and have had the chance to take it on a few rivers as well. I highly recommend the boat as it is easy to set up and store.

Oh my gosh we love our 380X. Excellent quality. Made so well. Roomy. Pack our Yeti cooler and large dry bag with no problem. And our 40 pound dog! Added thigh straps for rapids. Rocks the rapids! So sturdy. Feels super safe. Would def buy again. Grey customer service. Need I say more?!

We have been very happy with the boat so far. It inflates quickly and stores away almost as fast. The fancy seats we got with it are really nice on our backs and allow us to paddle for long periods without discomfort. We have yet to test its stability in rough water but it does very nicely on lakes and still water. If you don't install the bottom steering fin, the boat is impossible to handle. It's just a floaty at that point. But, with the fin installed, it handles pretty well.

This is my 3rd Sea Eagle and the only one I bought that was brand new! I used it yesterday for the first time and love it! I really like the nice control of the tack due in part to the well thought out removable keel. I am VERY happy too about the redesigned floor inflator valve. The boat will next go down the Cuyahoga River thru our Cuyahoga Valley National Park and I cannot wait!

We have had ours six years. Still going strong. We used it salt water, white water and mostly flat water. I’ve recently started using mine as a paddle board too. It’s so stable. Filled it with water today and kids are using it as a swimming pool. Perfect for myself and wife or one adult and two little kids. I think the only thing we haven’t done is packed an over night trip but I think it would be too much weight. Well built and performs amazing. Tracking on white water was a bit difficult but eventually got the hang of it. The only repair I’ve had to do was due to me leaving it in the sun and not venting. Burst the floor. Repaired easily Sealed well with aquaseal. No regrets on this.

I have taken it down class IV rapids and it has performed incredibly. It is very stable and the self bailing system is fantastic in whitewater.
