This Side Steering Arm clamps on the electric motor shaft with a U-bolt. Allowing you to (push/pull) steer from the side versus traditional inline (side-to-side) steering with the tiller directly behind you. This allows you to comfortably face forward without having to stretch your arm way back behind you to steer. Eliminating aches and pains in your shoulder while allowing you to comfortably see everything in front of you. This accessory works well with all 3 WaterSnake and similar trolling motors. For use with tiller-steered trolling motors with up to 70 lb. of thrust and 1.2” diameter shaft. *Trolling motor not included
