Just all around so helpful and knowledgable. Had a defective part—no biggie ive taken the boat out a billion times already— and was fixed within a week. I'm in the rockies where wind is (pardon my language) a bitch that often swoops in out of nowhere and i got caught in a decent storm to the point where boats were asking if we (me and the pup) needed help and i was able to confidently sit back relax and my sts10 handled it like a dream. Caveat: I got the more powerful watersnake. its necessary out here and worth it in general
