For the most part I am pleased with my Fastcat12 boat. I am 75 years old and I have had no problems launching it by myself. I do wish I had done just a little more research before purchasing though because I found the benches to be uncomfortably low and I’m only 5’ 8” tall and I discovered Sea Eagle doesn’t offer an option to raise the height on the Fastcat12. Also, I purchased the Watersnake trolling motor. Mainly because the Honda outboard motor wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be available for several months. The watersnake has to be mounted on the transom, just like the outboard motor so once I purchased an outboard motor the trolling motor is useless to me. I bought the wheels to help launch the boat, but have found them unnecessary. The boat is stable and fun on the water. I do a lot of trolling using my Yamaha outboard motor. As far as I know, no one else in New Mexico owns a Fastcat12 and I have received numerous positive comments. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.
